Great shirt, very comfortable. I have had a lot of comments from people on the street either a thumbs up and a couple asking about what the shirt meant. Some were very happy to discover it isnt "political" shirt. Sizing is a little tight, I usually use an XL, but went with XXL and it fits great. One suggestion. For a FD shirt, it would be nice to have a Maltese Cross on the left breast with something like USA 250 on the top of the cross and FD 378 on the bottom curve of the cross. All in all, the shirt is comfortable and the message is well received!

Never Forget 9/11 Thin Red Line Trucker Hat

The coin looks great and represents the 25th anniversary of 9/11 well. But more importantly, the customer service was awesome! My coin showed delivered (picked up) last Friday but I never received it. When I emailed Black Helmet to let them know and to get the shipping receipt, they responded immediately and offered to replace my coin if the post office couldn’t provide an answer. Luckily, my coin was in my mailbox today (a week later!) after showing it had been “picked up by individual”. I appreciate the quick response and their readiness to make it right, even when it wasn’t their fault.
