Domestic Shipping Times

Orders with delivery addresses in the United States will take 2-5 business days to process and 7-13 business days to ship. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees and may differ based on type and quantity of products in an order.

International Shipping Times

Orders with delivery addresses located outside of the United States will take 2-5 business days to process and 14-20 business days to ship. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees and may differ based on type and quantity of products in an order.

Checking the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to begin updating.

NOTE: International orders may take longer to arrive and have lengthier delays between tracking updates.

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll ship a replacement order for you. However, please note that if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered but you have not received it, we are unfortunately unable to offer a complimentary replacement.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at team@sostreinc.com with a photo of the damaged items and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
